You can select the Deactivate Jurisdiction button to delete the record which removes all data for the jurisdiction for the unit. It does not affect any other jurisdiction or unit in the dataset.

 

To deactivate a jurisdiction select My Datasets > Units > Jurisdictions > Activated Jurisdictions > Edit > Deactivate Jurisdiction.
